Definitions

• Property Owner, You, advertiser – The owner of the cottage and person legally responsible for the property being advertised by Holiday Marketing Network
  
  
• The Property – the property being advertised with the Holiday Marketing Network
  
  
• I, we , us, HMN & Holiday Marketing Network – HolidayMarketingNetwork.com.
  Web site Owners – the legal owners of the web sites detailed on HNW web site
  
  
• HolidayMarketingNetwork.com - 21 Beach Green, Shoreham by Sea, West Sussex, BN43 5YG.

Agreement

By completing the owner registration and cottage registration form You agree to the following:

• That the information contained in the form is truthful and honest and in no way misrepresents The Property in anyway
  
  
• You agree that The Property be marketed on the relevant web sites shown on the HNW web site
  
  
• You agree to pay the annual advertising fee which is set out on the HNW web site  You will continue to be liable for this until you notify us that you do not wish to continue your advertising.
  
  
• If you decide to cancel after you have paid or renewed your listing you will not be entitled to a refund and agree not to dispute payments with us.  If you do this you agree to reimburse us any expenses we have to recover the money from you.
  
  
• We make no guarantee as to the number of bookings you will get.
  
  
• From time to time we will update and improve the web sites on which The Property is advertised.
  
  
• We will contact you from time to time about products and services we, and other companies, have available to you relating to You or The Property.  You agree to allow us to do this.
  
  
• We will not pass any information you share with us on to any third parties unless we are required to by law.
  
  
• We agree to ensure that The Property is included on all the sites that are relevant that are detailed on our web site with in 28 days of the fee being paid.  We will remunerate the third party site owners directly.
  
  
• Our liability is limited to what you have paid us for your latest renewal or advertising subscription.
  
  
• We assume no responsibility for bookings or any damage done to your property by visitors.
  
  
• You agree to ensure that The Property is safe, insured and complies with all laws it needs to.
  
  
• You must own the copyright and assign permission for us and associated web site owners to use these images to promote The Property.
  
  
• Changes to your listing will require a £10 fee once live.  We are required to pay some Web site Owners to make changes to their sites, this fee covers this.  It can take up to 28 days for any changes to be shown on all the sites promoting your cottage.
  
  
• We will endeavor to ensure that the web sites promoting The Property are available and include The Property.  
  
  
• English law applies to these terms and conditions
